  • Adjust an existing profile

General

User profiles are managed using the ‘User profile management’ dashboard. This dashboard shows a comprehensive overview of:

  • the existing user profiles

  • an option to quickly create new user profiles, and;

  • overviews of system groups that are

    • enabled (based on activated modules) distinguished between optional and not optional groups.

    • Some groups should always be assigned as to not get stuck in a process, other groups are more optional) and already assigned vs not yet assigned groups

Info

Note: this dashboard is used to manage the profiles that are created in the client environment. Baseline profiles, such as the ‘Administrator Workplace Management’ profile are not available here. These profiles should not be edited.

The 'Administrator Workplace Management’ user profile

Administrators should always have the user profile “Administrator Workplace Managent“. After setting this profile there are three administrator levels available. Level 1 has the fewest rights, level 3 has the most access rights. View the help text by hovering over this option to see what access each level has.

By default level 2 is set for administrators that are created via the initialization wizard. Level 2 is sufficient to be able to implement Workplace Management.
