Learning Objectives

After reading this article, you’ll be able to:

  • Easily navigate back to recently visited pages (history).

  • Create and open favorite pages.

  • View and restore recently deleted items.

History, favorite pages, and personal bin

Additional navigation options are available by pressing on your name on the top right of the screen. A new screen will appear with four tabs. On this screen you can also open your personal settings and logout of the system

Geschiedenis, favoriete pagina's en persoonlijke prullenbak

Extra navigatieopties zijn beschikbaar door rechtsboven in het scherm op je naam te drukken. Er verschijnt een nieuw scherm met vier tabbladen. Op dit scherm kun je ook je persoonlijke instellingen openen en uitloggen uit het systeem.

titleFavorite pages - Pages marked as favorite

Objects/ pages can be marked as favorite:

  1. navigate to the page/ object.

  2. press the star-symbol on the top right, the star symbol will turn yellow (star).

Not all pages/ objects can be marked as favorite. In this case no star-symbol will be present on the page.

Objecten/pagina's kunnen gemarkeerd worden als favoriet:

  1. naar de pagina/het object navigeren.

  2. druk op het ster-symbool rechtsboven, het ster-symbool wordt geel (star).

Niet alle pagina's/objecten kunnen als favoriet worden gemarkeerd. In dat geval staat er geen ster op de pagina.

  • Je favoriete object/pagina is nu eenvoudig toegankelijk via het tabblad 'Favorieten'.

titlePersonal bin - Recently deleted objects

  • It is possible to view objects that where recently deleted by you. To do so, open the ‘Bin’ tab.

  • Depending on the environment configuration you might also be allowed to restore the deleted item.

Restoring a deleted item

  • Open the additional navigation options.

  • Navigate to the ‘Bin’ tab.

  • Open the object you want to restore by clicking on the hyperlink.p

    • Press ‘undo’

    • Het is mogelijk om objecten te bekijken die onlangs door jou werden verwijderd. Open hiervoor het tabblad 'Prullenbak'.

    • Afhankelijk van de configuratie van de omgeving kun je ook toestemming krijgen om het verwijderde item te herstellen.

    Een verwijderd item herstellen

    1. Open de extra navigatieopties.

    2. Navigeer naar het tabblad 'Bin'.

    3. Open het object dat je wilt herstellen door op de hyperlink te klikken.p

    4. Druk op 'ongedaan maken'.
