Define which locations pop up as Rooms, Workplaces or Parking spaces
Mapping a space as a Workspace or a Parking will change the behavior that space:
It will allow users to select this specific space type in GO or Workplace App floorplan views.
In Studio the icons in the location tree will be different to allow easy recognition.

Select Settings > Category Location Mapping in the Inloggen met je gegevens
Selecteer Instellingen > Categorie Locatie in kaart brengen in de Studio 2.0-interface
In Studio > Settings > Location Mapping, the Location Categories in the first column are fixed and need to be mapped with the Space Categories defined in Workplace Management.
To map categories, drag and drop items from ‘Unmapped Area Categorie’ and ‘Unmapped Property Categorie’ to the desired Axxerion Location Category. In the screenshot, you could for example drag and drop ‘Sanitary' and ‘Traffic area’ to the 'Area’ Axxerion Location Category.

It is recommended to map all location categories. So when you are done ‘Unmapped Area Categorie’ and ‘ Unmapped Property Categorie’ should be empty. |
Every property in workplace management must have the following space structure:
Property (this is the top level)
Floor
Area (meeting room, office, concentration, workspaces etc...)
Desks
If this structure is not used, the workplace app won’t work correctly.
Instellingen > Locatietoewijzing staan de locatiecategorieën in de eerste kolom vast en moeten ze worden toegewezen aan de ruimtecategorieën die zijn gedefinieerd in Werkplekbeheer.
Om categorieën in kaart te brengen, sleep je items van 'Niet in kaart gebrachte Gebiedscategorie' en 'Niet in kaart gebrachte Eigendomscategorie' naar de gewenste Axxerion Locatiecategorie. In de schermafbeelding kun je bijvoorbeeld 'Sanitair' en 'Verkeersgebied' naar de Axxerion Locatiecategorie 'Gebied' slepen.

Het wordt aanbevolen om alle locatiecategorieën in kaart te brengen. Dus als je klaar bent, moeten 'Niet in kaart gebrachte gebiedscategorie' en 'Niet in kaart gebrachte eigendomscategorie' leeg zijn. |
Elke Vastgoed in werkplekbeheer moet de volgende ruimtestructuur hebben:
Eigendom (dit is het bovenste niveau)
Vloer
Gebied (vergaderruimte, kantoor, concentratie, werkplekken enz...)
Bureaus
Als deze structuur niet wordt gebruikt, zal de workplace app niet correct werken.
