Met apparaatbeheer kunnen beheerders op afstand bepalen welke functies beschikbaar zijn voor eindgebruikers.

Definieer je eigen aangepaste Workplace App thema: stel accentkleuren in en voeg een logo toe.
APP-PRESTATIES VERBETEREN
Apparaatbesturing vermindert de hoeveelheid geladen gegevens, draaiende achtergrondthreads, enz. waardoor de prestaties van de app verbeteren.
Toegang tot apparaatbediening
log in with your met uw Workplace Admin credentials
Upon login, you’ll be prompted to open Device Control for Kiosk application or for Workplace App.
Select “Workplace”
You can of course switch between both using the left-hand menu.

Device Control lets you control functionalities of the Workplace App.
Settings
Select specific users to preview configuration changes before these are rolled out to the entire organization.
When “Preview Configuration” is enabled, a verification workflow is started:
Make changes to configuration
Button “Preview” is available
Device Control will inform you that “The configuration is in preview mode”
The selected users can now verify the new behavior in Workplace App
Last step is to either Discard the changes or Save for everyone

Na het inloggen wordt u gevraagd om Apparaatbeheer voor Kiosk-applicatie of voor Werkplek-app te openen.
Selecteer "Werkplek".
Je kunt natuurlijk tussen beide schakelen via het menu aan de linkerkant.

Instellingen
Specifieke gebruikers selecteren om configuratiewijzigingen vooraf te bekijken voordat ze naar de hele organisatie worden uitgerold.
Als "Voorbeeldconfiguratie" is ingeschakeld, wordt een verificatieworkflow gestart:
Wijzigingen aanbrengen in de configuratie
Knop "Preview" is beschikbaar
Device Control meldt dat "De configuratie bevindt zich in voorbeeldmodus".
De geselecteerde gebruikers kunnen nu het nieuwe gedrag controleren in de Workplace App
De laatste stap is om de wijzigingen te verwijderen of op te slaan voor iedereen.
