In de sectie "Meldingen" in Workplace Backend Studio , it is possible to configure notifications for tracking the health of installed devices. Rules can be created per building or per administrator, as needed.
Go tois het mogelijk om meldingen te configureren voor het bijhouden van de gezondheid van geïnstalleerde apparaten. Regels kunnen naar behoefte per gebouw of per beheerder worden gemaakt.

Choose menu item Notifications
Inbox
In the Inbox, you’ll find all notifications that have been send for this tenant (configuration see below chapter “Notifications > Device Health”). You can see All or filter on read/unread messages.
Marking them as read is possible by selecting the checkbox in front of the message or clicking the icon behind.
Device HealthIn Device Health, you can configure for which site or building notifications should be send and to whom.
When a notification is enabled, the administrator(s) receive a daily summary email containing the list of devices in statues "To check" or "Offline”.
A notification rule exists out of the below fields:
Buildings (scope)
Administrators
Notification time and timezone
Language for the email message
Each rule can be enabled/disabled individually using a toggle button. It is also possible to enable/disable all rules at once.
It's also possible to run a rule immediately to verify the device health in a building instantaneously.
Example of send e-mail when Sensor Health Notifications are enabled
The list is distributed per building.
In the e-mail attachment, you'll find a csv file with all relevant information. This allows for filtering on device type, status, zone, building, floor, etc

Menu-item kiezen Meldingen
Postvak IN
In de Postvak INvind je alle meldingen die voor deze huurder zijn verzonden (configuratie zie hoofdstuk "Meldingen > Apparaatgezondheid"). Je kunt alle berichten zien of filteren op gelezen/ongelezen berichten.
Je kunt ze als gelezen markeren door het selectievakje voor het bericht aan te vinken of op het pictogram erachter te klikken.
Apparaat gezondheid
In Apparaat gezondheidkun je configureren voor welke site of gebouw meldingen moeten worden verzonden en naar wie.
Als een notificatie is ingeschakeld, ontvangt de beheerder(s) dagelijks een overzichtse-mail met de lijst van apparaten in de statussen "Te controleren" of "Offline".
Een meldingsregel bestaat uit de onderstaande velden:
Gebouwen (toepassingsgebied)
Beheerders
Kennisgevingstijd en tijdzone
Taal voor het e-mailbericht
Elke regel kan afzonderlijk worden in-/uitgeschakeld met een tuimelknop. Het is ook mogelijk om alle regels tegelijk in of uit te schakelen.
Het is ook mogelijk om onmiddellijk een regel uit te voeren om de gezondheid van apparaten in een gebouw onmiddellijk te controleren.

De lijst wordt verdeeld per gebouw.
In de e-mailbijlage vind je een csv-bestand met alle relevante informatie. Hierdoor kun je filteren op apparaattype, status, zone, gebouw, verdieping, enz.
