This guide focuses on the configuration of the Pointgrab devices on the Pointgrab cognipoint management system (cpmsCogniPoint Management System (CPMS) and Studio.
This guide assumes a configured asset tree in cpms CogniPoint Management System platform with floorplan.

For Spacewell external users: please contact your Implementation Consultant and indicate your tenant and the relevant CPMS area names that need to be mapped in Studio.

For Spacewell Implementation Consultants:

• using your multi-tenant account (see STUDIO Studio IoT platform), you can create/modify CPMS areas in Studio. The drop down list starts at CPMS site level.
• make sure your CPMS customer is added to cpms app-account MCSs2. (Every time you add a new branch, you must also give access to see this branch for user MCSs2, which is used by Cobundu): CPMS -> User Manager -> Find MCSs2 -> Edit -> Click on Assets Tree -> setup all needed check boxes -> click Apply -> click Save on the main window
  

Inquire the list of the sensors (Sensor area IDs) and import those into your tenant on Studio (https://studio.cobundu.com).
