Wachtwoord vergeten
Als je je wachtwoord bent vergeten, kun je de functie 'Wachtwoord vergeten' gebruiken om je wachtwoord opnieuw in te stellen.
U kunt een nieuw wachtwoord aanvragen door op de knop 'Wachtwoord vergetenknop op het inlogscherm.
In het scherm dat nu verschijnt (1e screenshot) kan een wachtwoord-reset worden aangevraagd.
Nadat u op de knop 'Submit' (Verzenden) hebt gedrukt, verschijnt het volgende scherm (2e schermafbeelding).

Forgot password functionality
If you forgot your password, you can use the 'Forgot password' functionality to reset your password.

After entering the wrong password three times, your account will be blocked for security reasons. You can request a new password, which will not unlock your account. If your account is blocked please get in touch with your system administrator. |
You can request a new password by pressing the 'Forgot password' button on the login screen.
A password reset can be requested on the screen that now appears (1st screenshot).
After pressing the 'Submit' button, the next screen appears (2nd screenshot).
On this screen, you must enter the verification token you received via email and the new password (fill in twice).
Je wachtwoord wijzigen via je gebruikersprofiel
Wanneer een wachtwoordwijziging verplicht is of wanneer je je wachtwoord om veiligheidsredenen wilt bijwerken, kun je je wachtwoord eenvoudig wijzigen via je persoonlijke instellingen:
Klik op de knop 'Mijn instellingen' op je startbord;
Klik op 'Gebruikersnaam/wachtwoord wijzigen' om je wachtwoord te wijzigen.
Opmerking: als je organisatie het toestaat, kun je hier ook je gebruikersnaam wijzigen. Het beste is echter dat de gebruikersnaam niet kan worden gewijzigd.
Als je nieuwe wachtwoord wel aan de vereisten voldoet, wordt er een fout weergegeven.
In het onderstaande voorbeeld bevatte het nieuwe wachtwoord niet de vereiste 2 speciale tekens.

When a password change is mandatory, or you would like to update your password for security reasons, you can easily change your password via your personal settings:
Click on the 'My settings' button on your startBoard;
Click 'Change username/ password' to change your password.
Note: when allowed by your organization, this is also the place where you can change your username. The best practice, however, is that the username cannot be changed.
If your new password does meet the requirements, an error will be shown.
In the example below, the new password did not contain the required two special characters.
