System Access (REP-353)
The System Access report is used to check logins within a time span. Say we want to know who logged in the training environment 15-11-22, this is the result we get:
...
In the report results we see:
Logged in: The date and time the user has logged in.
User: who tried to login/logged in.
IP: from which IP address was the login attempted.
Status: shows the current status of the login attempt.
Login: user is currently logged in.
Logout: user logged out using the logout button.
Wrong password: wrong password was entered by the user.
Timeout: session timed out (timeout time is a client setting).
Note: when a user closes the application by closing the browser tab (instead of using a logout button) the session status initially remains ‘Login’. After the timeout time has elapsed, the status of this login attempt changes to ‘timeout’.
Switched via: indicates whether the user itself logged in (column is empty), or a system administrator switched to this user.
