Quick start guide
When there’s an ongoing meeting, you can « Stop » or « Extend » a reservation to free up or continue to block (if the time slot after the current reservation is not reserved) the meeting room.
Making a simple reservation
Steps | What you should see |

Click the « BOOK » button to make a reservation. | |
Authenticate by using your e-mail address or the Workplace App Scan Code (see Select Login Method) | |
Fill out your desired options and select « Confirm Booking » | |
Check your selections and « Confirm Booking » | |
The app will confirm if the reservation creation was successful |

Extending a ongoing meeting
When there’s an ongoing meeting, you can « Stop » or « Extend » a reservation to free up or continue to block (if the time slot after the current reservation is not reserved) the meeting room. |
Find another room
Select action « Find Rooms » to see all meeting rooms arranged by floor. See them in a list view or grid view or on the floorplan (current room is highlighted) |

Locating the room “You are here”
Selecting « Here I am» highlights your location on the floorplan
Change Language
Selecting « Change Language » allows you to change the language of the app
