All file types can be uploaded in Workplace Management, taking into account the maximum allowed upload size (see Limitation for uploading data).
Depending on the file type, the document is also converted to PDF, after which a preview becomes available. A document preview can be:
A magnifying glass on a list page;
Card grid view;
A preview field on an instance page (for example a contract document on a contract);

Alle Dateitypen können im Workplace Management hochgeladen werden, wobei die maximal zulässige Upload-Größe zu berücksichtigen ist (siehe Einschränkung beim Hochladen von Daten).
Je nach Dateityp wird das Dokument auch in PDF umgewandelt, woraufhin eine Vorschau verfügbar wird. Eine Dokumentenvorschau kann sein:
Ein Vergrößerungsglas auf einer Listenseite;
Ansicht des Kartenrasters;
Ein Vorschaufeld auf einer Instanzseite (zum Beispiel ein Vertragsdokument auf einem Vertrag);
Ein Symbol oder eine Dokumentenvorschau in einem Dokument enthalten
Je nach Berechtigung des Nutzers kann die PDF- und/oder Originaldatei heruntergeladen werden.

Most OpenOffice equivalents of the above mentioned file types (for example .odt) will convert to PDF as well, but are not guaranteed to work
