Vereisten voor screensaver:

• Bestandstype: mp4

• Grootte: minder dan 50MB

• URL moet openbaar beschikbaar zijn (bijvoorbeeld op youTube of je eigen website). Workplace biedt geen service voor het hosten van video's voor uw organisatie

• Audio op het apparaat moet worden uitgeschakeld, of verwijder de audio uit de video

• De framebreedte en -hoogte moeten compatibel zijn met het apparaat. De meeste apparaten schalen de video niet bij. De resolutie voor QBIC-kamerschermen kun je hier vinden overzichtstabel.

Als aan een of meer van deze vereisten niet wordt voldaan, zal de screensaver niet starten, een zwart scherm tonen of bevriezen bij het eerste frame.

“Plays after inactivity of…” should be minimum 1 minute, since the response of Kiosk app is also dependent on the response time of the device.

If one or more of these requirements are not met, the screensaver will not start, show a black screen or freeze at the first frame.
