New profile management dashboard for easy profile management. |
To make it easier to create and maintain user profiles, a new dashboard was created.
Available user profiles
This overview shows the available user profiles with the most important information. If the profile has been assigned to users as a standard profile or as an additional profile, which groups are linked to the profile, etc. It is also possible to create a new profile.
Required groups to be assigned
This overview shows groups that have yet to be assigned to a user profile. A process could stagnate because certain groups have not been assigned. From this overview, groups can be directly assigned to all profiles or a selection of profiles.
Optional groups which can be assigned
This overview shows groups that may be assigned to a user profile. No process will stagnate if the groups are not assigned. From this overview, groups can be directly assigned to all profiles or a selection of profiles.
All active groups
This overview shows all active user groups based on the modules that are being used. This overview is collapsed by default and can be expanded by clicking on the title. From this overview, groups can be directly assigned to all profiles or a selection of profiles.
When a new profile is created, the standard navigation menu and a new standard start board will be assigned to the new profile. (this can be changed afterward)
The new 'WorkplaceManagementStartBoard' is created, so it can be used for every user.
The start board will respond based on the groups which are assigned to a user, via profile or direct.
For each group that will need a start board, a Tab will be visible with the basic functions and reports needed.
To provide a more centralized and clear overview to administrators, the admin menu and settings were redesigned. |
An overhaul of the menu for administrators was necessary to provide them with a better overview of the system's functions and features.
