It is also possible to create tickets via the Workplace App. An easy and fast way of creating a simple ticket can be done right from the start screen of the Workplace App.

Within the Workplace App, there is no overview of the tickets you have submitted or a search option. Simple ticketing is basically create creating a ticket and forget. The requests can be found in Workplace Management for reporting purposes. |
