Space Category Mapping
To make sure that the correct Space Categories turn up in your Dashboard, you have to configure them in this Space Category Mapping.
By default, all IWMS Room Categories will be in Space Category "Other". Space Category "Other" is not used in the Dashboards.
Use Workplace Space Category “Sanitary” (vs IWMS Room Classifications such as “Showers”, “toilets” etc) for setting up the Door Counter Dashboard.
Use the following break down to decide in which Workplace Space Category to place your Room Categories:
"Minimum Occupied Duration" defines the aggregation level of data that is available in the dashboard. It can be set to either 15 or 60 minutes.

Ruimtecategorie in kaart brengen
Om ervoor te zorgen dat de juiste ruimtecategorieën verschijnen in je Dashboard, moet je ze configureren in deze Ruimtecategorie-toewijzing.
Standaard staan alle IWMS Ruimtecategorieën in Ruimtecategorie "Overig". Ruimtecategorie "Overig" is niet gebruikt in de Dashboards.
Gebruik Werkplek Ruimte Categorie "Sanitair" (in tegenstelling tot IWMS Ruimte Classificaties zoals "Douches", "toiletten" etc.) voor het instellen van het Door Counter Dashboard.
Gebruik de volgende onderverdeling om te beslissen in welke Werkplekruimtecategorie je je Ruimtecategorieën wilt plaatsen:
"Minimale bezettingsduur" bepaalt het aggregatieniveau van gegevens die beschikbaar zijn in het dashboard. Het kan worden ingesteld op 15 of 60 minuten.
Dashboard Publicatie
Dashboard Publicatie geeft een overzicht van alle gepubliceerde dashboards per omgeving. Deze zijn vervolgens zichtbaar op de http://Go.Cobundu.com GO Web portal-webportaal.
Per default, all roles (see Standaard worden alle rollen (zie Roles & Profiles) can access the dashboards, but you can define who can access which dashboard by indicating specific roles in "Accessheeft toegang tot de dashboards, maar je kunt bepalen wie toegang heeft tot welk dashboard door specifieke rollen aan te geven bij "Toegang".
