Where are hyperlinks used for and where to find them?
Hyperlinks can be found on a lot of different places in the environment to make it easier to navigate between pages and information. Hyperlinks are used in order to quickly go to a specific page in the environment. For example:
To go from your startBoard to a request that you need to solve.
Going from your history to a recently visited page.
Opening the contact of the owner on a property page to find the contact details.
There are quite a few places where you will find hyperlinks. The most common places are:

Waar worden hyperlinks voor gebruikt en waar vind je ze?
Hyperlinks zijn op veel verschillende plaatsen in de omgeving te vinden om het navigeren tussen pagina's en informatie te vergemakkelijken. Hyperlinks worden gebruikt om snel naar een specifieke pagina in de omgeving te gaan. Bijvoorbeeld:
Om van je startbord naar een verzoek te gaan dat je moet oplossen.
Vanuit je geschiedenis naar een recent bezochte pagina gaan.
Open het contact van de eigenaar op de pagina van een accommodatie om de contactgegevens te vinden.
Er zijn nogal wat plaatsen waar je hyperlinks kunt vinden. De meest voorkomende plaatsen zijn:

Een object linken in
aneen objectId
fieldWhen on an objectpage you have the opportunity to link other objects through specific objectId fields. ObjectId fields are used to connect two objects to each other. Both of the objects already exist in the system, but here only the link between the two objects is created.
For example:
Linking an organization to a person.
Linking a contact to a contract.
Linking a property and area to a request.
If you want to link two objects to each other, then these fields can be used. ObjectId fields can be recognized by the following icon next to the field:
In this example, a page of the contact “Jane Doe” is shown. In the organization field on the page an organization can be filled in that is already exists in the environment. When you type the organization name in the field itself, a dropdown will be shown for all the hits that can be filled in:
The other way to find the specific organization is to press on the three dots to search for the organization. In this case, first a filter page will show up where you can type in specific key words in order to find the specific organization. When you don’t fill anything in, a list of all organizations will show up. The following steps are necessary to search for your specific object:
Press the three dots next to the field to open the filter page.
In the filter page, type in your key searching words to find your specific organization or just press search button without filling anything in to get the entire list of results that are possible to connect in the field.
The entire list of results is shown. Select your specific organization that you want to link.
Press on the OK button to save your option and link it in the field on the original page.
Using the magnifying glass to move to another object
When an objectIdfield is filled in with an object, a magnifying glass will be shown. This magnifying glass can be used to quickly switch to the specific object page that is filled in in that field.
When you find information about the organization that is filled in, in this case “Spacewell NL”, you can use the magnifying glass to quickly switch to that specific object. You will grab the page of this object to find all the information of this organization.

Op een objectpagina heb je de mogelijkheid om andere objecten aan elkaar te koppelen via specifieke objectId velden. ObjectId velden worden gebruikt om twee objecten aan elkaar te koppelen. Beide objecten bestaan al in het systeem, maar hier wordt alleen de link tussen de twee objecten gemaakt.
Bijvoorbeeld:

Als je twee objecten aan elkaar wilt koppelen, dan kun je deze velden gebruiken. ObjectId velden kun je herkennen aan het volgende icoontje naast het veld:
In dit voorbeeld wordt een pagina van het contact "Jane Doe" getoond. In het organisatieveld op de pagina kan een organisatie worden ingevuld die al bestaat in de omgeving. Als je de organisatienaam in het veld zelf typt, wordt een dropdown getoond met alle treffers die ingevuld kunnen worden:
De andere manier om de specifieke organisatie te vinden is door op de drie puntjes te drukken om de organisatie te zoeken. In dit geval verschijnt er eerst een filterpagina waar je specifieke sleutelwoorden kunt invoeren om de specifieke organisatie te vinden. Als je niets invult, verschijnt er een lijst met alle organisaties. De volgende stappen zijn nodig om naar je specifieke object te zoeken:
Druk op de drie puntjes naast het veld om de filterpagina te openen.
Typ op de filterpagina je belangrijkste zoekwoorden in om je specifieke organisatie te vinden of druk gewoon op de zoekknop zonder iets in te vullen om de hele lijst met resultaten te krijgen die je in het veld kunt koppelen.
De volledige lijst met resultaten wordt weergegeven. Selecteer je specifieke organisatie die je wilt koppelen.
Druk op de knop OK om uw optie op te slaan en te koppelen aan het veld op de oorspronkelijke pagina.
Het vergrootglas gebruiken om naar een ander object te gaan
Als een objectIveld is ingevuld met een object, wordt een vergrootglas getoond. Dit vergrootglas kan worden gebruikt om snel naar de specifieke objectpagina te gaan die in dat veld is ingevuld.
Als je informatie vindt over de organisatie die is ingevuld, in dit geval "Spacewell NL", kun je het vergrootglas gebruiken om snel naar dat specifieke object te gaan. Je pakt dan de pagina van dit object om alle informatie van deze organisatie te vinden.
