To optimize space utilization and reduce ghost bookings (without the use of sensors) we want to enhance the current possibilities with check-in functionalities |
We have added the following check-in functionalities
Mandatory check-in for reservations, with a predefined confirmation period
Automatically cancel the reservation, after a predefined grace period, if the reservation was not confirmed
We support 2 types of check-in:
Passive check-in: Check-in by clicking on “check-in” in app or GO
Proof of presence: Check-in by scanning QR code at the specific location using the workplace app

We hebben de volgende check-in functionaliteiten toegevoegd
Verplicht inchecken voor reserveringen, met een vooraf bepaalde bevestigingsperiode
Automatisch annuleren de reservering, na een vooraf bepaalde respijtperiode, als de reservering niet is bevestigd
We ondersteunen 2 soorten inchecken:
Passief inchecken: Check-in door te klikken op "check-in" in app of GO
Bewijs van aanwezigheid: Inchecken door QR-code te scannen op de specifieke locatie met de Workplace App
