Interpret the Pulse Count Live View
What is “View by” on a live data floor plan?
Pulse Count
To obtain pulse count data, a sensor like Sensative Strip installation needs to be configured, or push pulse count data to Workplace using our Generic Endpoint, see External Data Sources.
If pulse count data is coming in, you’ll see the total pulses detected for that location since midnight
If pulse count data is coming in and thresholds & reset functionality have been configured in https://spacewell.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB/pages/491694/Live+floorplan+settings#Change-colors-of-live-floorplan-(global-or-local), you’ll see
a formula depicting “current count” on “total count since midnight”
the location is colored based on the currently reached threshold

Reset feature
If thresholds & reset functionality are configured and you have the relevant pulsecount.edit permission, in GO webportal, you can also manually reset the values. To do this,
Select the location
In the location pane on the left,
select “More Details” to see more details about past resets
select “Reset Now” for a quick reset
choose to only reset or to reset and create a ticket
