What

Anonymizing (user) data

This article will show you how to use the methods employed in Workplace Management to ensure the confidentiality of personal information.

Which data can be anonymized?
By means of Using simple settings, the following data can be anonymized:

  • Archived users

  • Reservations

  • Visitors

Warning

Beware: the anonymization task is executed once per day and cannot be undone!

How does this work?

Anonymizing archived users will automatically:

  • Pseudonymize (Clear the field or replace

  • with “*”) all the relevant default fields on the system users, as well as the linked contact and person object.

  • The email address field is emptied.

  • The linked contact and person will also be archived during the process if not already archived.

How does it work?

This will automatically anonymize
