Extending a ongoing meeting
When there’s an ongoing meeting, you can « Stop » or « Extend » a reservation to free up or continue to block (if the time slot after the current reservation is not reserved) the meeting room. |  |

Find another room
Select action « Find Rooms » to see all meeting rooms arranged by floor. See them in a list view or grid view or on the floorplan (current room is highlighted) |    |
