What is “View by” on a live data floorplan?

Toggle between different Space or Comfort data views, that are relevant to your floor. Specific views are only available if data is available.

In “Other”, you also find “Neighborhoods”, depending on configuration.

People view

People view shows where a colleague is located, based on reservations made.

The data comes from integrated Reservations.

The colors represent reservation data:

  • User picture* or initials (if no picture available) when location is reserved. Surrounding red or yellow color are an indication of occupancy:

    • Red if reserved and occupied

    • Yellow if reserved and not occupied

  • Green if not reserved

In Workplace, the user can opt out of being found by other colleagues (see GO - Profile Settings and Settings). If this is the case, then no user picture will be shown.In combination with occupancy data:

  • red Red if reserved and occupied

  • yellow Yellow if reserved and not occupied

* The user picture is defined in the IWMS and cannot be modified through Workplace touch points.
