Finding an employeeThere are two simple ways to open an employee card. Select the function 'Show employee' on the contact page to view the employee information. This button is only visible if an employee is already created and the user has the right credentials to view it. | ||

Information on the employee cardAfter opening an employee card, you will have access to four five different tabs:
The “General” tabThere are five main topics with fields to be filled.
The “Issue / Take in” tabYou can create “workflows” for inflows, mutations, and outflows on this tab.
The “Documents” tabOn this tab, you have an overview of the documents regarding the employee. You can add and delete documents. The “Assets” tabOn this tab, you can manually assign assets to an employee, for example, a laptop or a car. When using the “Issue/ Take in” functionalities, this proces is be automated. |
