Preventive work order

The “Preventive workorder manager” has access to the Maintenance schedule and Workorder menu. These users can create maintenance schedules. In the maintenance schedule, the user enters the name of the schedule, the cycle, and a description. The preventive work order is part of a maintenance schedule.

How to create a preventive work order

Navigate to “Maintenance schedules” under “Maintenance” in the menu.
2. Select your schedule by clicking on it or creating a new one.
3. Fill in the name of the schedule. Fill in the start and end time of the work order. Fill in the interval schedule, in this case, every first Wednesday of the month.
