Cobundu: Simple ticketing

It is also possible to create tickets via the Workplace App. An easy and fast way of creating a simple ticket can be done right from the start screen of the Workplace App.

To create a ticket in the app:

  1. Open the Workplace App on your device.

  2. Click on the “Book a ticket” button to create a new ticket.


A simple ticket contains the following:

  • Subject (mandatory)
    Enter the the subject of the ticket.

  • Description
    Give a short description of the problem, be as clear as possible because you can`t select a “Concern” or location/area.

  • Attachments (select image or take a picture)
    Attach a image or take a picture of the problem/issue.

Within the Workplace App there is no overview of tickets you have submitted or a search option. Simple ticketing is basically create a ticket and forget. The requests can be found in Workplace Management for reporting purposes.

After creating the ticket in the Workplace App, a Request is created in Workplace Management. The Service desk employee can then assign the request, so that the request can be handled further.
