  • Interpret the Pulse Count Live View


What is “View by” on a live data floor plan?

Toggle between different Space or Comfort data views, that are relevant to your floor. Specific views are only available for a floor if data is available.

Pulse Count

To obtain pulse count data, a sensor like Sensative Strip installation needs to be configured, or push pulse count data to Workplace using our Generic Endpoint, see External Data Sources.

All pulse count values are reset at midnight local time.

Reset feature

If thresholds & reset functionality are configured and you have the relevant pulsecount.edit permission, in GO webportal, you can also manually reset the values. To do this,

  1. Select the location

  2. In the location pane on the left,

    1. select “More Details” to see more details about past resets

    2. select “Reset Now” for a quick reset

      1. choose to only reset or to reset and create a ticket
