Why are limitations in place?

Most system limitations are in place for performance or security considerations. A process might for example be stopped automatically after 1 minute to prevent this process casuing an issue because and infinite loop was entered. Limits regarding file size are in place for data size management. You for example don’t want an user to be able to upload a massive file that clogs up available storage space.

Good to know, is that all limitation are in place to ensure an optimal end user experience!

File size limitation for upload and download

• Maximum file upload size: default is 32MB. This can be changed to a maximum of 2GB in the client settings

  • to change this setting in the navigation menu: Admin > Setup > “Documents” tab > Maximum upload size MB

Limits for exporting data

Wat is het maximum aantal regels en kolommen in een rapport EN wat je kan exporteren

Er is geen maximum aantal regels en kolommen meer wat er in Axxerion getoond kan worden (getest bij USA d.d. 05-01-21).

Voor het exporteren van rapporten zijn er wel beperkingen: Niet zo zeer op de bestandsgrootte, maar wel op de grootte van het rapport zelf hebben wij beperkingen:

·         Exporteren naar Excel: 1.000.000. Daarnaast geldt er een maximum aantal tekens in één cel. Dit is een beperking van Excel.

·         Exporteren naar CSV: 40.000 regels/ 800.000 cellen (ingesteld format = CSV). Het format ‘CSV dump’ kan worden gebruikt voor grotere rapport. Dit format heeft beperkingen (formules werken niet, en de paginaveld instelling ‘export = ja/ nee’ wordt genegeerd) .
