Manage delegation of tasks

In Workplace Management users get tasks from workflows. For example, a task to handle a request, approve a reservation or mark a visitor as arrived. These workflow tasks are generated based on the users authorizations. If a user will be absent (holiday/sick/paternity leave, etc.) delegation can be enabled for that user, to prevent tasks not being executed (in time) while the user is absent.

With delegation, the user can select another user, where the workflow tasks need to be delegated to. The other user will now also get the tasks from the user with the delegation set and will have the (delegated) authorization to execute the tasks on behalf of the absent user. Delegation can be enabled indefinitely or with a start and end date.

The delegation options on a user are only visible, if tasks lists are actually used in Workplace Management.

Start from different startboard tab

By default a user logs in and automatically lands on the 'General' startboard. This startboard has some general buttons and overviews for the user to use for their day-to-day work. It is possible for a (key) user to be responsible for multiple modules. Most key user modules have a corresponding startboard tab with additional overviews and options for that particular module. The user can select which of the startboard tabs is opened automatically when logging in or going back to the start via the logo on the top left corner.
