Learning Objectives

After reading this article, you’ll be able to:

  • Easily navigate back to recently visited pages (history).

  • Create and open favorite pages.

  • View and restore recently deleted items.


History, favorite pages, and personal bin

Additional navigation options are available by pressing on your name on the top right of the screen. A new screen will appear with four tabs. On this screen you can also open your personal settings and logout of the system.

 History - List of recently visited objects/ pages, the number of objects can be adjusted in your personal settings

 Favorite pages - Pages marked as favorite

Objects/ pages can be marked as favorite:

  1. navigate to the page/ object.

  2. press the star-symbol on the top right, the star symbol will turn yellow (star).

Not all pages/ objects can be marked as favorite. In this case no star-symbol will be present on the page.

  • Your favorite object/ page can now easily be accessed by going to the ‘Favorites’ tab.

 Personal bin - Recently deleted objects
  • It is possible to view objects that where recently deleted by you. To do so, open the ‘Bin’ tab.

  • Depending on the environment configuration you might also be allowed to restore the deleted item.

Restoring a deleted item

  1. Open the additional navigation options.

  2. Navigate to the ‘Bin’ tab.

  3. Open the object you want to restore by clicking on the hyperlink.p

  4. Press ‘undo’.
