  1. Contact the Sales department. The Sales department creates an IRFC with the request for a new Exchange Integration (Graph).

  2. The internal Integration Team is informed about the new implementation of the Exchange Integration (Graph) by Customer Support

  3. Arrange available capacity for the implementation by PS

  4. Forward the Exchange and Azure configuration guide to the customer by the implementation consultant

  5. Configure the Router and Workplace Management by the implementation consultant

    2. Some parts in the configuration can only be done if the customer is done configurating Exchange and Azure

  6. In case the customer already uses Outlook to create reservations to book meeting rooms, the already created future reservations need to be migrated. The implementation consultant needs to ask the customer how many rooms (room mailboxes) are in scope for the integration. Based on this number, the (currently manual) migration need to be planned for the Integration Team in India.
