Previously the “Find a colleague” feature was enabled for everyone by default. From a GDPR point of view this is incorrect, the user should explicitly agree to make its reservation data available for others.
As a tenant admin
I want to decide if find a colleague setting is enabled or disabled by default for all users
So that it will act as a default setting for all new users
Users can overwrite the setting according to their own preference.
