The Axxerion Script find command has been extended with 'orderBy', 'qLimit', and 'qOffset' functionality. This can be used to limit and control a finder query. For more details and how to use this, look up these terms in the 'WIKI' module in any Axxerion tenant.

Administrators:

The field categoryFolderId on the object 'ObjectNote' now has an index. This will make searching for ObjectNotes via the category field a lot faster.

The object 'Area' now has a new field 'uniqueReference'. This will automatically be populated with a unique reference and can thus be used as a unique identifier of an area.

The object 'Systemuser' now has a new field 'uniqueReference'. This will automatically be populated with a unique reference and can thus be used as a unique identifier of a system user.

General:

A new option has been added to both user settings and profile settings where it's possible to indicate which tab to load first when opening the startboard. This makes it possible to use a single startboard for all users and still display the most appropriate tab to each individual user

Integration:

Generating a secret key for a trust relation can now be performed by Axxerion scripts. This opens up opportunities to automatically generate secret keys for integration with other (Spacewell) products when activating certain modules.

AXX-1029

Integration:

Revealing the AES key of a trust relation can now be performed by using the partner password when logged in as a partner user. This means it's no longer necessary to generate a regular password for the partner user.

Reservations:

Reservation restrictions are checked when updating a reservation (for instance if catering is allowed on a reserved area), this was also done when a reservation was already closed, as this is unnecessary and caused issues while (for instance) anonymizing reservations, these checks are no longer performed if the reservation is already closed.

Security:

for security reasons additional checks are performed on the value of the SystemUser contactId field. This is done to prevent privilige escalation when as a user can change it's active contact.

Several external packages (JQuery.ui, HighCharts and Bootstrap) were updated because of possible security vulnerabilities.

Space management:

When displaying a floorplan, areas can be colored based on a color scheme. In certain situations, the menu was not responding after a change of color scheme and the legend was not shown. This has been fixed.

When creating a new field and generating the attributes for each existing instance via an upgrade task during a staging sync, a timeout error would occur if there are more than 120.000 objects to generate the new attribute for. This has been fixed.

The Workplace Experience external app (Used to setup a part of the integration between Workplace Management and Workplace Experience) has been optimized:

-The advanced search pages for the linked Properties, area, and system users have been added

-The Properties, area, and system users include now directly show the first 10 results when the external app is opened

Administrators:

Uploading a document (to be used as an image) while editing a wiki page, did not result in correctly showing this document in the document include. This has been fixed.

AXX-978

Announcements:

A new field (parametersPageNameId) is added to the announcement object. This can be used to add a specific parameter page that is used for the announcements. This was added due to the default parameters would sometimes cause the announcements to load very slowly, this can now be fixed by using a custom parameter page that only has the relevant parameters (e.g. the contact details of the user 'welcome {personid}).

BIM integration:

When using the Bimplus integration, processing the information from Bimplus depends on the use of clashing and clash filters. When problems occured with clashing (usually due to license restrictions on this functionality in Bimplus) a blocking error was returned to the user. Now only a warning will be displayed and processing of the data will continue without clash detection.

Some optimizations are added for updating contracts, leading to a better performance.

Documents:

When a document was moved to another category folder, the document was copied instead of moved. This has been fixed.

General:

In certain situations the "foreign create" option on page fields did not trigger the expected create action. This has been fixed.

AXX-1117

General:

With certain configurations, text clob fields using HTML display could display text outside of the field borders due to text wrap issues. This has been fixed.

AXX-1152

General:

In situation where a textclob field had HTML content with lines that were longer then the field width, the text was not wrapped to the text area but a scroll bar was displayed. Now these situations are handled correctly by wrapping the text in multiple lines.

AXX-457

General:

When a page contains tabbed includes which start with a searchscreen, searching only worked correctly for the first tab. This has been fixed so that searching works for the other tabs as well.

AXX-1004

Language support:

Japanese text was not rendered with the correct font within the UI, which resulted in usability issues for Japanese customers. For Japanese text the webfont "Noto serif JP" is now used.

AXX-1206

Meter management:

When interpolation was used for initial meter readings (very first reading of the meter), this could result in dates that were off because of time zone differences between server and user. This has been fixed.

In certain situations, reservations were displayed twice in the reservation calendar, this has been fixed.
