To optimize space utilization and reduce ghost bookings (without the use of sensors) we want to enhance the current possibilities with check-in functionalities
We have added the following check-in functionalities
Mandatory check-in for reservations, with a predefined confirmation period
Automatically cancel the reservation, after a predefined grace period, if the reservation was not confirmed
We support 2 types of check-in:
Passive check-in: Check-in by clicking on “check-in” in app or GO
Proof of presence: Check-in by scanning QR code at the specific location using the workplace app
Configuration happens in Workplace Management on the external app page. Check-in rules are configurable per area category. You can set the type of check-in, confirmation and grace period
