Reservation restrictions were already present in the Web App (GO) and Workplace app, released in January 2022. This release note described the changes made to the reservation restriction configuration due to the introduction of two other recent functionalities

Check where your colleague is situated on a floorplan by clicking “View on floor”
The floorplan will highlight the location of your colleague based on your colleague’s reservation data
You can select an available space nearby your colleague, this will bring you to the reservation confirmation page. By default the suggested timeslot will be exactely the same as that of your colleague’s reservation. You can modify this timeslot or any other reservation details according to your own needs.
