Property

There are currently more than 500 objects available in Workplace; examples are Property, Area, and Asset.

Each unique appearance of an object is called an instance. Whenever we create a new instance of an object in Workplace, the reference will be automatically generated and is a unique identifier of the object. For Properties, this could look like: PRP-000001, PRP-000002, or PRP-000003.

A Property can be built up from multiple floors and different areas, which we will look at later.

To open the property module click on Properties in the menu:

You will see a screen in which you can filter the areas. There are different options for finding an area. If you leave everything empty, it will show all the areas available.
For example, if you filter on “Property,” you will only find areas that belong to that property.

The “Count” button will show only the total number of objects that fits your search filters, and the “Search” button will reveal the results of the search job.

To see more details of an area, double-click on the area number. You will see different tabs and options you can fill in regarding the area.  For example, you can make an area available for reservation.
