Actions

Per default, 4 action-labels are visible on the Home Screen

Use the Reorder button on the top right (this will open a new window with all the possible options)

Action buttons allow to

Action card “Scan for Details” launches a built-in scanner so the user can scan a location configured scan code.

Upon scanning a location QR code, the Location Detail Screen opens. From here, user can

  • see Location details (location name, capacity, picture)

  • location availability

  • book location

  • book a ticket

  • view on floor plan

  • mark location as favorite

Info

This also works when location A is selected in the app, but scan object is in location B.

Location QR codes are configured in IWMS.

Floor card

Information on the other floors in the same building, per floor:

  • Available rooms (format: “unoccupied + not reserved”/total)

  • Available desks (format: “unoccupied + not reserved”/total)

  • Available parking spaces (format: “unoccupied + not reserved”/total)

  • Level of the floor as configured (for example 0 for ground floor)

  • Crowdedness indicator (concept Crowdedness Indicator is explained on Workplace Glossary)

Upon selecting a floor, the floor plan will open. See Using the floorplan

Using the 3-dots-symbol on the home screen floor card, user can set to “Never show Floors Card” or go to Settings

Ongoing & Upcoming Events

Ongoing Events

‪All ongoing events of the logged in user are displayed.

‪Each meeting has 2 options

  • Extend : User can extend the meeting on selecting this

  • End : User can end the meeting

Upcoming Events

‪Events taking place in the next 7 days for the logged in user are displayed in this card.

‪Maximum of 3 records are displayed. ‘View all’ option is displayed after the 3rd record if user has more than 3 upcoming events

‪On selecting ‘View all’ option, “View Events” screen is displayed

‪User is navigated to ‘Meeting details’ screen when selecting any meeting

All upcoming events of the logged in user are displayed in this screen. Past meetings are not displayed

It has 2 tabs

  • Rooms : Room events are displayed

  • Workplaces :  Workplace events are displayed

By default, events taking place in the next 7 days are displayed

More events are displayed when user selects “Load events” button at the bottom (loading events per 7 days)

My Favorites

Information on the previously set favorite meeting rooms, desks or parking spaces (see Select favorites)

  • Name of the reservable resource

  • “Available/Occupied for the next X hours and Y minutes”

  • Timeline for Today,  indicating with red or green dots if and when the resource is available

Upon selecting a Favorites card, the Resource detail page for that specific resource will open.

Using the 3-dots-symbol, user can set to “Never show Favorites” or go to Settings

All caught up for today!

‘All caught up for today’ card is displayed in the Home screen only when all other cards are hidden or empty
