Om deze dashboards in te stellen voor een Workplace Management klant, moet een integratie tot stand worden gebracht tussen de Workplace Management client en de Workplace Analytics client. Het meeste van dit integratiewerk vindt plaats aan de kant van Workplace Analytics. In Workplace Management is alleen het instellen van de Externe App en het doorsturen van de relevante integratie-informatie naar het Workplace Analytics team vereist. Dit artikel richt zich op het opzetten van het Workplace Management deel van de integratie.

To set up these dashboards for a Workplace Management customer, an integration needs to be established between the Workplace Management client and the Workplace Analytics client. Most of this integration work is on the Workplace Analytics side. In Workplace Management, only the setup of the External App and fowarding the relevant integration information to the Workplace Analytics team is required. This article focuses on setting up the Workplace Management part of the integration.

Prerequisites before setting up the integration
Before setting up the integration on the Workplace Management side, the following prerequisites are important:
The reservation module needs to be activated (the integration is based on reservable objects and reservations)
Incoming web services and the use of a registration key need to be enabled. This can be done via Client settings → 'Authentication' tab → 'Access rules' include. Deze include moet de volgende vier regels bevattenThis include should show the following four lines:

De geheime sleutel moet door jou worden onthuld via de stappen in het pop-upvenster. Om dit te kunnen doen, moet het partnerwachtwoord zijn ingeschakeld voor je gebruiker.
Zodra de module is geactiveerd, is het nog steeds mogelijk om de informatie op te vragen die het Workplace Analytics-team nodig heeft. Ga naar Module-instellingen → Integraties → Workplace Analystics en gebruik de knop.

De volgende informatie beschrijft de technische details van het opzetten van de integratie aan de kant van Werkplekbeheer zonder gebruik te maken van de moduleactivering. Dit wordt allemaal automatisch geregeld in de moduleactivering. Dit is daarom alleen relevant als technische achtergrondinformatie en kan worden gebruikt voor debugging, als de setup niet goed werkt. Navigeer naar clientinstellingen, 'Instellingen' en noteer de clientreferentie  Klik op het tabblad 'Authenticatie':  Scroll naar beneden en klik op het tabblad 'Externe apps':  Klik op 'Analytics maken':  Noteer de verwijzing naar de Externe App en zet de opdracht op 'Actief': 
Als 'wachtwoordbeveiliging' niet wordt weergegeven, controleer dan of je gebruiker lid is van de groep 'licentie-editor'.  
 Nu heb je alle informatie die Analytics nodig heeft om verbinding te maken: server: het Axxerion-subdomein dat de klant gebruikt (bijvoorbeeld 'myclient.axxerion.com') klantreferentie: de unieke identificatie van de client Axxerion omgeving, (bijvoorbeeld 'clientabc') externe app ID: zie opmerkingen hierboven toegang ID: zie opmerkingen hierboven The following information describes the technical details of setting up the integration on the Workplace Management side without the use of the Module activation. These are all automatically taken care of in the module activation. This is therefore only relevant as technical background information and can be used for debugging, if the setup does not work properly. Navigate to client settings, ‘Setup’ and make a note of the client reference Click tab ‘Authentication’: Scroll down, click tab ‘External apps’: Click ‘Create analytics’: Make a note of the External App reference and set commission to ‘Active’:
If ‘password protected’ is not shown, make sure that your user is member of the group ‘license editor’.
