PrerequisiteVereiste: Gateway
Tabs comfort sensors connect over the LoRa network. Make sure you install your LoRa hub before installing the sensors (check out comfortsensoren maken verbinding via het LoRa-netwerk. Zorg ervoor dat u uw LoRa hub installeert voordat u de sensoren installeert (kijk op LoRa Gateways, Hubs installation guides for more information voor meer informatie).

Sensor installation
Based on the sensor plan, check where each sensor needs to be installed.
When installing the sensor make sure the intake (round air slots) are not obstructed. Preferably place the sensor next to a light switch or an HVAC control unit.

The idea is to grasp the temperature at breast/head-height (“as the end-user would interpret the temperature”; knowing that heat rises). |
Use common sense and do not hang them over a heating body, in direct sunlight, next to a heating vent, behind a smart board / television set, deep in open cupboards (where they can be blocked by items) etc …
Remove the clear battery strip to power up the sensor (red box 2).
During installation, it's important to clean the installation surface to remove dust particles which have a great influence on the strength of the adhesive bond. This can be done using a simple dust cloth.
Once the surface is clean, remove the adhesive tape cover and mount the sensor on the desired location.
Press the sensor firmly for 5 seconds against the installation surface.

Deploy sensors in Workplace Platform
On the back panel of the sensor, you will find the Device ID. Depending on the version of the sensor, the position of the device ID information on the sensor might differ a bit.
Installatie van de sensor
Controleer op basis van het sensorplan waar elke sensor moet worden geïnstalleerd.
Zorg er bij het installeren van de sensor voor dat de inlaat (ronde luchtsleuven) niet wordt geblokkeerd. Plaats de sensor bij voorkeur naast een lichtschakelaar of een HVAC-regeleenheid.

Het idee is om de temperatuur op borst/hoofdhoogte te vatten ("zoals de eindgebruiker de temperatuur zou interpreteren"; wetende dat warmte stijgt). |
Gebruik je gezond verstand en hang ze niet boven een verwarmingslichaam, in direct zonlicht, naast een verwarmingsventilator, achter een smartboard/televisietoestel, diep in open kasten (waar ze geblokkeerd kunnen worden door voorwerpen) enz...
Verwijder de doorzichtige batterijstrip om de sensor in te schakelen (rood vakje 2).
Tijdens de installatie is het belangrijk om reinig het installatieoppervlak om stofdeeltjes te verwijderen die een grote invloed hebben op de sterkte van de lijmverbinding. Dit kan worden gedaan met een eenvoudige stofdoek.
Zodra het oppervlak schoon is, verwijder de plakbandgroefr en monteer de sensor op de gewenste locatie.
Druk de sensor gedurende 5 seconden stevig tegen het installatieoppervlak.

Sensoren inzetten in Workplace Platform
Op het achterpaneel van de sensor vind je de apparaat-ID. Afhankelijk van de versie van de sensor kan de positie van de apparaat-ID-informatie op de sensor iets verschillen.
Wanneer de sensorsticker Device ID in het formaat 58A0-CB00-0010-XXXX or of E8E1-E100-010C-XXXX : add dashes after each 2 characters vermeldt: voeg streepjes toe na elke 2 tekens in Studio (to obtain om 58-A0-CB-00-00-10-XX-XX resp E8-E1-E1-00-01-0C-XX-XX te verkrijgen).
Manually add device through location > devices > new: location is filled in.
Select Device Type "TrackNet Humidity v1.3". This will automatically link the device channel.
Enter Device ID as serial-number with all capitals and including the dashes. Where the sensor sticker will mention Device ID in formatNieuw apparaat toevoegen in Studio
Go to your environment Ga naar je omgeving (https://studio.cobundu.com ) and en log in
Select the location, where you can manually add a sensor via "Add New Device"
Selecteer de locatie waar u handmatig een sensor kunt toevoegen via "Nieuw apparaat toevoegen".
Handmatig apparaat toevoegen via locatie > apparaten > nieuw: locatie is ingevuld.
Selecteer Type apparaat "TrackNet Vochtigheid v1.3". Hierdoor wordt het kanaal van het apparaat automatisch gekoppeld.
Ga naar Apparaat-ID als serienummer met alle hoofdletters en inclusief de streepjes. Wanneer de sensorsticker Device ID in het formaat 58A0-CB00-0010-XXXX or of E8E1-E100-010C-XXXX : add dashes after each 2 characters vermeldt: voeg streepjes toe na elke 2 tekens in Studio (to obtain om 58-A0-CB-00-00-10-XX-XX resp E8-E1-E1-00-01-0C-XX-XX te verkrijgen).
Enter a meaningful Device Name (eg Voer een zinvolle Naam apparaat (bijvoorbeeld customer_floor number_area).
Select a Location from the location tree if this is already known (automatically filled in if location was selected before adding new device).
Only applicable for Comfort sensors: Next to the already selected (main) Room or Workplace, you can visualize incoming comfort data on other, Linked Locations. Imagine having 1 comfort sensor in an open office space and you want to visualize this data on all 8 workplaces in that space: Linked Location needs to contain all 8 workplaces. (More information on Linked Locations: Live floorplan settings)
Selecting the correct Device Type "TrackNet Humidity v1.3" should automatically set the Sensor Types and Channels to "Temperature” and “Humidity" (see Advanced).

Quality Assurance
Next step is the Quality Assurance to make sure that the whole installation and configuration of your tabs comfort sensor was a success.
On the live floorplans (for example Selecteer een Locatie uit de locatiestructuur als deze al bekend is (automatisch ingevuld als locatie werd geselecteerd voordat nieuw apparaat werd toegevoegd).
Alleen van toepassing op comfortsensoren: Naast de al geselecteerde (hoofd)kamer of Workplace kunt u inkomende comfortgegevens visualiseren op andere, Gelinkte locaties. Stel je voor dat je 1 comfortsensor hebt in een open kantoorruimte en je wilt deze gegevens visualiseren op alle 8 werkplekken in die ruimte: Een gekoppelde locatie moet alle 8 werkplekken bevatten. (Meer informatie over gekoppelde locaties: Live floorplan settings)
Door het juiste Apparaattype "TrackNet Vochtigheid v1.3" te selecteren, worden de Sensortypes en Kanalen automatisch ingesteld op "Temperatuur" en "Vochtigheid" (zie Geavanceerd).

Kwaliteitsborging
De volgende stap is de kwaliteitscontrole om er zeker van te zijn dat de hele installatie en configuratie van je tabs comfortsensor een succes was.
Op de live plattegronden (bijvoorbeeld in touchpoints Workplace web (Go) and en The Workplace App), as well as evenals in Workplace back-end Studio’s Sensor Management, you should see values for each sensor that is linked to a location.
With a thermometer, you can benchmark the (temperature) values from the sensor. Admittedly, humidity is more difficult to check.
The screenshots in this chapter visualize the results on Live Floorplan > View Temperature/HumidityStudio's Sensor Managementzou je waarden moeten zien voor elke sensor die gekoppeld is aan een locatie.
Met een thermometer kun je de (temperatuur)waarden van de sensor vergelijken. Toegegeven, vochtigheid is moeilijker te controleren.
De schermafbeeldingen in dit hoofdstuk visualiseren de resultaten op Live plattegrond > Temperatuur/Vochtigheid/Comfort/... (depending on the kind of sensor installed) and in Studio’s bekijken. (afhankelijk van het soort sensor dat is geïnstalleerd) en in Studio's Sensor Management.
