Sensor Health is derived from the last communication from the sensor to the Workplace Platform.

The communication can be a sensor value or a heartbeat.

Since every type of device has its own heartbeat frequency, the health of the device is evaluated per sensor type. Below table shows the details of the “health thresholds” per device type:

Where can you check Sensor Health?

KPI Health Cards

for a global overview

1. Go to https://studio.cobundu.com/

3. Kies Ruimtes of Apparatenom de KPI-gezondheidskaarten bovenaan te zien

4. Selecteer in Spaces een locatie om Gezondheidskaarten voor de betreffende locatie te bekijken

In Apparaten worden KPI Health Cards voor de hele omgeving weergegeven. Selecteer een kaart om het onderstaande overzicht te filteren: alleen apparaten met die status worden getoond.

Het is niet mogelijk om een export te maken van het gefilterde overzicht (export van apparaten bevat altijd ALLE apparaten), maar bij gebruik van gezondheidsmeldingen bevat de e-mail een excelbijlage met alleen apparaten in de status Te controleren of Offline. Meer informatie over

5. Choose either Spaces or Devices, to see the KPI Health Cards at the top

   • In Spaces, select a location to view Health Cards for the relevant location

   • In Devices, KPI Health Cards for the whole environment are shown. Select a card to filter the overview below: it will only show devices with that status.

     • It’s not possible to take an export of the filtered overview (Devices export always includes ALL devices), but using Health Notifications, the e-mail includes an excel attachment containing only devices in To Check or Offline status. Gezondheidskaarten

• Niet-gekoppelde apparaten: laat zien hoeveel apparaten zijn ingesteld voor deze huurder, maar niet zijn gekoppeld aan een locatie

• Gekoppelde apparaten: toont hoeveel apparaten zijn gekoppeld aan de huurder, of (als een locatie is geselecteerd) aan de geselecteerde locatie

• Live apparaten: laat zien hoeveel apparaten regelmatig communiceren met het Workplace platform

• Apparaten om te controleren: toont hoeveel apparaten op de geselecteerde locatie moeite hebben om het Workplace-platform te bereiken (zie Logica voor sensorgezondheid hierboven)

• Offline apparaten: toont hoeveel apparaten op de geselecteerde locatie geen verbinding maken met het Workplace-platform (zie Logica voor sensorgezondheid hierboven)

Locatiehiërarchie & plattegrond om in te zoomen op problematische locaties

In Studio Spaces wordt de sensorgezondheid op meerdere plaatsen gecommuniceerd, waar pictogrammen en kleuren de ernstigste status aangeven van alle sensoren die aan die locatie zijn gekoppeld.

Health Cards

• Unlinked devices: shows how many devices are set up for this tenant but not linked to a location

• Linked devices: shows how many devices are linked to the tenant, or (if a location has been selected) to the selected location

• Live devices: shows how many devices regularly communicate with the Workplace platform

• Devices to check: shows how many devices in the selected location have difficulty reaching the Workplace platform (see Sensor Health Logic above)

• Offline Devices: shows how many devices in the selected location are not connecting to the Workplace platform (see Sensor Health Logic above)

Location hierarchy & floor plan to zoom in on problematic locations

In Studio Spaces, Sensor Health is communicated in multiple places, where icons and colors indicate the most severe status of all the sensors linked to that location.

Hiërarchie van locaties

In de locatiehiërarchie geeft een pictogram naast het niveau de ernstigste status aan van alle sensoren die aan die locatie zijn gekoppeld.

In bovenstaand voorbeeld: er zijn meerdere sensoren in de status "Te controleren" en ook één in de status "Offline" op de geselecteerde eerste verdieping. Het pictogram naast "Eerste verdieping" (en naast het relevante gebouw en de locatie) wordt rood om de ernstigste status van alle sensoren gekoppeld aan die locatie (hiërarchie) weer te geven.

Om beter te begrijpen welke sensor meer aandacht nodig heeft, kun je de locatie selecteren in de hiërarchie, in de locatielijst, apparatenlijst of op de plattegrond.

De statussen worden opgehaald op het moment dat de pagina wordt geladen en vervolgens haalt een achtergrondproces elke 15 minuten (nadat Studio is geopend) de actuele waarden op. Dus terwijl je naar beneden gaat om sensorgegevens te bekijken in het gedeelte met historische gegevens van elke afzonderlijke sensor, waar gegevens van de laatste minuten kunnen worden weergegeven, kan de echte sensorstatus afwijken van de status van de Locatiehiërarchie als deze nog niet is bijgewerkt via de statusupdate op de achtergrond.

Plattegrond

Als u naar beneden gaat naar een verdiepingsniveau in de locatiehiërarchie, kunt u het volgende selecteren Plattegrond visualisatie om deze waarden op de plattegrond te zien. Als je nog dieper wilt gaan: Selecteer "bekijken op" (type).

De kleuren geven de ernstigste status weer van alle sensoren die aan die locatie gekoppeld zijn.

In bovenstaand voorbeeld: twee locaties zijn geel gekleurd, dus er zijn sensoren in de status "Te controleren" op deze locaties (er kunnen ook andere sensoren gekoppeld zijn die de status Online hebben, of meerdere in de status Te controleren), en één locatie is rood gekleurd, dus er zijn sensoren in de status "Offline" op die locatie (er kunnen ook andere sensoren gekoppeld zijn die de status Online of Te controleren hebben, of meerdere kunnen Offline zijn).

Location Hierarchy

In the location hierarchy, an icon next to the level indicates the most severe status of all the sensors linked to that location.

In above example: there are multiple sensors in “To Check” Status and also one in “Offline” status on the selected First floor. The icon next to “First floor” (and next to the relevant building and site) turns red to reflect the most severe status of all the sensors linked to that location (hierarchy).

To understand better which sensor needs more attention, you can select the location in the hierarchy, in the locations list, devices list or on the floor plan.

Floor plan

If you drill down to a floor level in the location hierarchy, you can select Floor plan visualization to see these values on the floor plan. If you want to drill down even more: Select "view by" (type).

The colors reflect the most severe status of all the sensors linked to that location.

In above example: two locations are colored yellow, so there are sensors in “To Check” Status in these locations (that might also have other sensors linked, that are in Online status, or multiple in To Check), and one location is colored red, so there are sensors in “Offline” status in that location (that might also have other sensors linked, that are in Online or To Check status, or multiple can be Offline).
