Vereiste instelling

De onderstaande instructies zijn specifiek voor het dashboard van de Ruimtemonitor. Controleer ook de FAQ in Dashboards.

1. Werkplekcategorie in kaart brengen met IWMS Kamerclassificaties zoals beschreven in https://spacewell.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB/pages/276168921/Dashboard+settings#Space-Category-Mapping

   • Space Monitor only considers Work Spaces, Concentration Spaces and Collaboration Spaces.‪" Other " (default category) is not considered by beschouwt alleen Werkruimten, concentratieruimten en Ruimtes voor samenwerking.

     " Andere " (standaardcategorie) wordt niet in aanmerking genomen door Space monitor Dashboard.

   • 

   • Work Spaces: needs to be IWMS workplace object

   • Concentration Spaces: needs to be IWMS room object

   • Collaboration Spaces: needs to be IWMS room Werkruimtes: moet IWMS zijn werkplek object

   • Concentratieplekken: moet IWMS zijn kamer object

   • Ruimtes voor samenwerking: moet IWMS zijn kamer object

   • 

   • More details about the “Minimum Occupied Duration” (which should be seen as a “granularity in regards to occupation data aggregation”), can be found on Meer details over de "minimale bezettingsduur" (die moet worden gezien als een "granulariteit met betrekking tot het samenvoegen van bezettingsgegevens") zijn te vinden op /wiki/spaces/WM/pages/492237. Best practice is to leave the default set to 15 minutes.

   Room capacity needed for rooms where utilization is measured.

   If Reservable Rooms have been set up, but Utilization is not in scope, check

2. Capaciteit kamer nodig voor kamers waar de bezettingsgraad wordt gemeten.

   1. Als er reserveerbare kamers zijn ingesteld, maar het gebruik niet binnen het bereik valt, controleer dan Setting the capacity & thresholds of spaces on what to do over wat te doen.

      

3. Set up Opzetten Mapping neighborhoods on floorplans

   1. Zones:

      • Indicate the Reference of the Zone immediately into Studio

      • Select relevant locations

      • Select color and upload icon

   2. Departments (not available)

   2. Avoid a mix (some collaboration spaces WITH SQM configured and some WITHOUT), as this will mess up the saving simulations

5. Set up Calendar Filters (optional): needs to be requested with BI DEV team

6. Sensor installation was done according to instructions

Request Dashboard setup

Request the Parking Monitor Dashboard with your Spacewell Account Manager.
After the sensors are sending data to the Workplace IoT platform, your Spacewell Implementation consultant will book a Spacewell internal ticket to request the dashboard to be set up.

Quality Assurance

Verify following general points:

• Locations correct?

• Number of rooms correct?

• Is floorplan loading correctly?

• Zone description correct?

• Typos?

• Number of floors

• Check Dashboards Space category mapping

• Check Studio health view

• Check locations master data in IWMS + config of locations in Location Grouping and Room Capacity

1. 1. niet is geconfigureerd voor uw samenwerkingsruimten, dan zal het Opportunity Simulatorblad een aantal lege grafieken bevatten (Dit wordt ook als zodanig aangegeven in die lege grafieken: "Gelieve SQM te configureren in uw IWMS").

   2. Vermijd een mix (sommige samenwerkingsruimten MET SQM geconfigureerd en sommige ZONDER), omdat dit de opslagsimulaties in de war zal sturen.

Dashboard aanvragen

Vraag het Parking Monitor Dashboard aan bij uw Spacewell Account Manager.
Nadat de sensoren gegevens verzenden naar het Workplace IoT-platform, zal uw Spacewell Implementatieconsultant een Spacewell intern ticket boeken om te verzoeken het dashboard in te stellen.

Kwaliteit

Controleer de volgende algemene punten:

• Locaties correct?

• Klopt het aantal kamers?

• Wordt de plattegrond correct geladen?

• Is de zonebeschrijving correct?

• Typefouten?

• Aantal verdiepingen

• Dashboards controleren Ruimtecategorie mapping

• Studio-gezondheidsweergave controleren

• Controleer de stamgegevens van locaties in IWMS + configuratie van locaties in Locatiegroepering en Kamercapaciteit

Zoekwoorden die relevant zijn voor dashboards

‪Expected patterns: eg values lower at lunch time/weekends

‪Anomaly: eg values being 100%; values showing 0% during week days

Verwachte patronen: bijv. lagere waarden tijdens lunchtijd/weekenden

Afwijking: bijv. waarden die 100% zijn; waarden die 0% tonen tijdens weekdagen

If you notice anything strange on the dashboard, consider the following:

• Check config of sensors in Studio (Sensor Devices: correct Device ID, linked to Room or Workplace object, linked to Zone etc)

• Check config of floorplans in Studio (and IWMS if relevant)

• Check locations master data in IWMS + config of locations in Studio Location Grouping and Room Capacity

• Check Dashboards Space category mapping in Studio > Settings > Dashboards

• Check installation of sensors + on-site environment (might be empty due to Covid or warmer due to climate)

• If any values are off the charts, book a call for the BI team to check the incoming values (Incidents > Cobundu Incidents > Nature: Cobundu Dashboards)

SearchAls je iets vreemds ziet op het dashboard, denk dan aan het volgende:

• Controleer de configuratie van sensoren in Studio (sensorapparaten: juiste apparaat-ID, gekoppeld aan ruimte- of werkplekobject, gekoppeld aan zone enz.)

• Configuratie van plattegronden controleren in Studio (en IWMS indien relevant)

• Controleer de stamgegevens van locaties in IWMS + configuratie van locaties in Studio Locatiegroepering en Kamercapaciteit

• Controleer de toewijzing van Dashboards Space-categorieën in Studio > Instellingen > Dashboards

• Controleer installatie van sensoren + omgeving ter plaatse (kan leeg zijn door Covid of warmer door klimaat)

• Als er waarden zijn die niet in de tabel staan, neem dan contact op met het BI-team om de binnenkomende waarden te controleren (Incidenten > Cobundu Incidenten > Aard: Cobundu Dashboards).

Zoek op
