Door Count Tracking | Principle Clean

Overview Monitor pulse count in real time with configurable thresholds & colors:
The new Pulse Count / Door Count Monitoring feature enhances the ability for Admins and Cleaning Managers to monitor and manage space usage through door count / pulse count data. This feature provides real-time insights into room usage (based on pulse count data), enabling more informed decisions and . It also allows to take actions based on space utilization by resetting as users can reset the door count and manually create the tickets for which a ticket. Admins/ Cleaning managers will set up thresholds can configure thresholds and colors (can be different per Site, Building, Floor level) per Room Category on Studio 1.0 and monitor them on Live floor plan in GO.Benefits :
Improved Space Management: Better understanding of space usage patterns through detailed door count data.

Calendar View in GOOverview:

The new Calendar View feature in the GO provides users with an intuitive and comprehensive way to view and manage the availability of different space types (rooms, workplaces, Parking’sparking spaces) along with capacities over time. It streamlines the reservation process and enhances the user experience with advanced filtering and navigation options.

To Access access this features feature, users need to have the appropriate permission in Studio.

Overview:
The new "Remarks" field in the reservation process , is designed to enhance communication between users and facility teams. This feature allows users to include additional information or specific requests related to their reservations, ensuring their needs are met more effectively. Users can now add remarks or comments when making a reservation. This field is intended for communicating special requests or instructions for the reserved space, such as different meeting room setups or other specific needs.Benefits

Door Count Tracking | Principle Clean | Auto-create tickets with Brain rules

OverviewAutomation: Use a Brain Rule to automatically reset a pulse count and generate a ticket:
The new brain rule to automate the management of door counts based on pulse count thresholds will be accompanied by the manual reset and ticket creationcan be requested after enabling the new pulse count thresholds & colors feature. This rule is designed to streamline operations by automatically creating tickets and resetting door counts when predefined thresholds are exceeded. For which a brain rule will be created and the automated Ticket Creation will happen when the Pulse count value reaches the maximum threshold. Following ticket creation, the door count value will be reset to zero. Along with this automatic process the ‘Manual reset’ will can still be in place.
Users can define the location scope for this brain rule, including: Site, Building, Floor level. Also to keep a note on Daily reset which will happen automatically to reset door count to zero every day at midnight (12:00 AM), regardless of the brain rule or manual resets.

View / Edit reservations created for someone elseOverview:
This enhancement about the "Book on Behalf" functionality provides users with improved control over reservations they make for others. This update introduces the ability to view and manage reservations made on behalf of others while restricting editing rights to only those reservations the user has personally created. With this enhancement users with the privilege can View and Manage Own Reservations along with the other reservation which are created for someone else.

Permission Restriction: Users with the "Reserve on behalf of someone else" permission can only modify or cancel reservations they themselves have created. This prevents unauthorized changes to reservations made by other users.

Benefits:
Improved Reservation Management: Users can more effectively manage and oversee reservations made on behalf of others, ensuring clarity and control over their own bookings.
Enhanced Security: Restricting editing rights to only those reservations created by the user helps prevent unauthorized modifications and maintains data integrity.

Change 'Meeting Subject' to 'Title' | GO and update the title with Username.Overview:
To enhance clarity and align with standard terminology, we are updating the label "Meeting Subject" to "Title" across the application. This change is intended to better reflect the standard use and purpose of this field, making it more intuitive for users. Also the "Title" section will be is moved to the top of the create reservation form. The new order of fields in the form will be:
Title
From Date & Time
Number of Participants
Booking For
Etc.Benefits:
Improved Clarity: Updating the label to "Title" aligns with standard terminology and improves the intuitiveness of the field.
Enhanced User Experience: Users will have a clearer understanding of the purpose of the field, leading to a smoother reservation process.
Consistent Layout: Moving the "Title" field to the top of the form ensures that it is prominently displayed, making it easier for users to input the meeting or reservation title.

Services & Equipment
Overview:
The integration of services and equipment into the Workplace Experience ecosystem aims to enhance user experience when creating reservations in modern workspaces through the Spacewell Workplace . This feature introduces the ability to manage and reserve services and equipment effectively using the Web touchpoint - GO, Spacewell on GO or the Workplace app, leveraging the Axxerion system for setup and configuration.Axxerion Setup: Services and equipment are configured and managed in the Axxerion system. Services are categorized as Catalog items, while equipment is categorized as Asset items.
Display in Apps: Data from Axxerion is displayed in the Go & Workplace apps, allowing users to view and reserve services and equipment.
Configuration: : Add them as add-ons to a location reservation (GO + Workplace app: in reservation confirmation screen), or make a standalone reservation (GO: start from create reservation screen; Workplace app: use Action Tile).

Both services and equipment come with customizable reservation settings which can be configured through the Axxerion system to streamline the reservation process including

  1. Setup Times: Time required for setup before use.

  2. Cleanup Times: Time required for cleanup after use.

  3. Advance Booking: Time required to book in advance.

Users can reserve the Services & equipment as a standalone reservation or even reserve them with any space be it Room or workplace. Users can do it from the create reservation screen or select any room and reserve them as Add-ons.

SSO Users | Users password reset issue
Overview:
Users login via SSO & trying to change passwords and eventually locking their own accounts. With this release SSO users when the login fails these users will no longer be able to use login with Cobundu credentials option. These users will do the login only using SSO method. Streamlined SSO Login Experience:

This update prevents confusion and accidental account lockouts for users who rely on Single Sign-On (SSO) for authentication. When SSO fails, we provide a clear message, and hide the "Change Password" option for those users, so they are no longer presented with an irrelevant action that could lead to failed attempts and account blocking.

Other changes:  Login Id’ filed from ‘Change Password' section to ‘Personal Information’ section (this is applicable to all users ) and ‘Change password’ section will be hidden for SSO users

Overview:
Earlier there is no option to select the tenant if the user account is associated with multiple tenants, with this release users will be able to select the tenant in tenant selection screen upon providing the username in login screen. With this now Device control also users the standard login method same like in Studio & GO.now also supports SSO:
This feature aligns login features on Device Control with GO and Studio, bringing a uniform login experience across all tools.

Signify Occupancy Data Integration
With this integration now Cobundu will show integrate the occupancy data captured by Signify sensors. Signify has its own platform called Interact which receives the data from Physical signify sensors and that data from Interact flows to Cobundu and users can see that on Live floor plan. sensor SC1500. An API connection has been set up between Signify’s data platform Interact and Cobundu

New Automation (Brain rule): Keep an empty (desk) reservation alive IF occupancy was detected just before the start of the reservation:

Existing brain rule will cancel the reservations in case there is no occupancy detected during the grace period, Now with the new, . The updated brain rule the reservation will not be canceled during the grace period if the occupancy is not detected.

Kiosk Portrait mode in IOS & UWP:
With this update users will be able to experience the kiosk in portrait mode in both IOS & UWP platforms. All the existing kiosks which are running in Landscape mode will now support the Kiosk in portrait mode as well. The Kiosk application will open in either landscape or portrait mode based on orientation of the device at the time of launching the kiosk application.

Date and time from the previous desk booking should be carried over when opting to book Enhanced Parking Space Booking: When booking a parking space – Upon successful creation of a reservation in booking successful screen Cobundu provides an option to book a parking and on tap of it users are taken to create reservation with parking a pre-select option where users need to provide the date and time and then search for parking. With this fix when users tap on book a parking in booking successful screen users are taken to create reservation screen with Parking a pre-select option along with the date & time retained from the booking successful screen making it easier for users to search for parkingafter a successful reservation, the date and time from the previous booking will be automatically carried over. This simplifies the parking space booking process.

GODeactivated user can reset password – Users whose accounts have been deactivated on studio were still able to login using the reset password. With this fix the user accounts which have been deactivated or archived will not be receiving any email to reset the password thus restricting the user login who are disabled

Improved Account Deactivation:
Deactivated user accounts will no longer be able to request password reset emails.
