After reading this article, you’ll be able to:
Create a group booking of workplaces for (yourself and) your colleagues
On GO - Create Reservation , it’s possible to book several workplaces at once.
This feature is only available when a floor plan is configured.
1. Select group booking and indicate number of required workplaces
The maximum number of workplaces in one group booking is set to 20.
2. Select available workplaces on the floor plan and select the names of colleagues
3. The desks are assigned to your colleagues
It’s not possible to change the mapping of names to specific desks
4. Reservation confirmation
Once confirmed, group booking becomes individual reservations which the organizer can’t access anymore.
