Via the administrator startboard, the module settings can be viewed. This page contains some general settings on the first tab, and module-specific settings per module that has been activated.

General settings tab

The general tab contains information the following information:

Setting

Description

Client name

The name of the environment. Next to being informative, this is also used in some automatic communications.

Server

The server this environment it is on. This can be used to also determine the correct backup and test URL. See: Infrastructure basics.

Users 

A number directly showing the total number of users

Expiration date

Based on the contract, each environment has an expiration date. This will be updated if the contract is renewed. if the expiration date is in the past, users will no longer be able to log in

Corporate identity

For details about the corporate identity, see corporate identity in the implementation consultants part.

Time zone

This is the default timezone of the environment. This can be set to a different value for specific users on the page of a user.

Password fields

Change username

This is used to enable or disabled the option for users to change their own username.
In case of SSO, a Workplace experience integration, other custom integrations or automatic user creation via (for instance) an AD interface, it should not be allowed for users to be able to change their username (as this can be or is a key value in these integrations)
