GO | Streamlined SSO Login Experience: This update prevents confusion and accidental account lockouts for users who rely on Single Sign-On (SSO) for authentication. When SSO fails, we provide a clear message, and hide the "Change Password" option for those users, so they are no longer presented with an irrelevant action that could lead to failed attempts and account blocking. Other changes: Login Id’ filed from ‘Change Password' section to ‘Personal Information’ section (this is applicable to all users ) and ‘Change password’ section will be hidden for SSO users
Device Control | Device Control now also supports SSO:
Studio | Signify Occupancy Data Integration
Studio | New Automation (Brain rule): Keep an empty (desk) reservation alive IF occupancy was detected just before the start of the reservation: Existing brain rule will cancel the reservations in case there is no occupancy detected during the grace period. The updated brain rule allows to configure some buffer time before reservation start, and will not cancel the reservation if occupancy was detected during this time before reservation start. |
Bugs
Key | Touch point | Release note |
GO | Password settings: Earlier there is no information to users about the security requirements while changing the password. After this fix: upon password change, users will see the security requirements. This will help them define a password that adheres to the requested complexity.
GO | User is unable to modify other user accounts despite having 'edit.roles' permission: With this fix users with the users.edit permission will be able to edit other user accounts within the tenant.
GO | Date and time from the previous desk booking should be carried over when opting to book a parking space: Upon successful creation of a reservation, the booking successful screen provides an option to book a parking space. Upon selection, users are taken to “create reservation for a parking space“, where they need to provide the date and time to then search for available parking spaces. With this fix, when users decide to book a parking space from “booking successful screen”, the user is taken to create reservation screen where “Parking” is pre-selected and also date & time is retained from the “booking successful screen”, thus making it easier for users to search for a parking space.
GO | Deactivated user will no longer receive “reset password” mail: Users whose accounts have been deactivated on studio were still able to request a “reset password” e-mail. With this fix the user accounts which have been deactivated or archived will not be receiving any email to reset the password. |
