The “Preventive workorder manager” has access to the Maintenance schedule and Workorder menu in the menu.

These users can create maintenance schedules. In the maintenance schedule, the user enters the name of the schedule, the cycle, and a description.

How to create a preventive work order

1. Navigate to “Maintenance schedules” under “Maintenance” in the menu
2. Select your schedule by clicking on it or create a new one.
3. Fill in the name of schedule Fill in the start and end time of the work order Fill in the interval schedule, in this case every first Wednesday of the month As last the end date or the max number of the cycle If the work is executed by an external party, you can also add a contract to the schedule. To add a work order to the schedule, click on work order template.
4. Fill in the details of the work order and choose the correct treatment group. If needed a contractor Press “Save and return”
5. To generate the preventive workorder, press the “Generate Workorders” button.
