Learning Objectives
After reading this article, you’ll be able to:
See who is in the office today, tomorrow or any other specific date
Search for a colleague in a certain building
Filter the view based on your favourite colleagues or all colleagues
Check where your colleague is situated on a floorplan
Find a colleague is based on Reservation data from your colleagues.
This feature verifies reservation data, so there is no active tracking of people
As a default, everyone can be found based on Reservation data. Yet in their settings, your colleague might have chosen not to turn up in this overview (see GO - Profile Settings or Settings ).
Who is in the office today, tomorrow or on a certain date?
Search for a colleague in a certain building
Click on the Building Card to fold open the different locations.
Filter your view based by all colleagues or “favorite” colleagues
Avoid seeing long lists, especially in big organizations and focus on colleagues you collaborate most with:
see All Colleagues or filter to focus only on your Favorite Colleagues
directly jump to a colleagues' reservations by typing their name in the search box
sort the Search Result view on Name (A-Z or Z-A) or on Reservation Start Time
to see who made a reservation later today (where reservation start time lies in the future), or who might still be at the office (reservation end time lies in the past), simply fold the “Present Now” and “Will be in later today” tabs using the ^ on the right hand side
Check where your colleague is situated on a floor plan
From the calendar overview, select View on Floor in a Colleague Card to see the reserved location highlighted on the relevant floor plan.
It’s possible to select a location (nearby) and immediately make a reservation for the same time frame.
See all the reservations your colleague has made and locate them on the floor plan
From the calendar overview, select View Details in a Colleague Card to see more reservations made by that colleague. Select View on Floor to see the reserved location highlighted on the relevant floor plan.

How to configure?
For any user that needs to be able to see this: Make sure to add the permissions "reservations.view" + "colleague.find" to the user role, see Roles & Profiles
FAQ
I quickly want to see who is in the office right now, and where they are seated?
Just turn on View By Other > "People" on the live floor plan.
Search
