Use the Kiosk app in Display Mode
Quick start guide
When there’s an ongoing meeting, you can « Stop » or « Extend » a reservation to free up or continue to block (if the time slot after the current reservation is not reserved) the meeting room.
Reservations made easy
Click the « BOOK » button to make a reservation.
Authenticate by using your e-mail address or the Workplace App Scan Code (see Select Login Method)
Fill out your desired options and select « Confirm Booking »
Check your selections and « Confirm Booking »
The app will confirm if the reservation creation was successful

Authenticate using Primary Email
Enter your e-mail address
After 3 characters, the tool will start giving you some options to choose from
Select your user
Authenticate using User Scan Code (camera availability depends on display type)
Open Workplace App on your Mobile device
Click on settings icon
Click on QR to enlarge and present to camera
Action button “Find Rooms”
Select action « Find Rooms » to see all meeting rooms arranged by floor. See them in a list view or grid view or on the floorplan (current room is highlighted)
Authenticate by using your e-mail address or the Workplace App Scan Code (see Select Login Method)
Fill out your desired options and select « Confirm Booking »
Check your selections and « Confirm Booking »
The app will confirm if the reservation creation was successful
Action Button “Here I am”
Selecting « Here I am» highlights your location on the floorplan
Action Button “Change Language”
Selecting « Change Language » allows you to change the language of the app
