Previous Behavior:
Changes to expected arrival and departure times for registered visitors could be made without altering the visitor's workflow status.
This limited the ability to trigger notifications or updates (e.g., email, badge access).
Improved Functionality:
A new "Change" option is available for registered visitors.
Selecting "Change" allows users to modify expected arrival and departure times.
Upon changing these, the visitor is re-submitted, triggering necessary actions:
Sending new email notifications (if applicable)
Triggering updates to other integrated systems (e.g., badge access)
