This update prevents confusion and accidental account lockouts for users who rely on Single Sign-On (SSO) for authentication. When SSO fails, we provide a clear message, and hide the "Change Password" option for those users, so they are no longer presented with an irrelevant action that could lead to failed attempts and account blocking.

  • As an SSO user of workplace (incl. GO, Studio, and Mobile App)

  • I want the ability to login manually or change my password to be hidden when SSO fails

  • So that I avoid accidentally locking myself out of my account by attempting to log in or change a password that isn’t relevant to SSO
