This update prevents confusion and accidental account lockouts for users who rely on Single Sign-On (SSO) for authentication. When SSO fails, we provide a clear message, and hide the "Change Password" option for those users, so they are no longer presented with an irrelevant action that could lead to failed attempts and account blocking.
As an SSO user of workplace (incl. GO, Studio, and Mobile App)
I want the ability to login manually or change my password to be hidden when SSO fails
So that I avoid accidentally locking myself out of my account by attempting to log in or change a password that isn’t relevant to SSO
