Learning Objectives

After reading this article, you’ll be able to:

  • Prepare your environment to start using Milesight

  • Read the information on the Milesight CO2 E-Ink display

  • Troubleshoot in case of issues

Milesight comfort sensors gather data for Humidity + CO2 + Temperature.

Prerequisite: Gateway

Milesight sensors connect over the LoRa network. Make sure you install your LoRa hub before installing the sensors (check out LoRa Gateways / Hubs installation guides for more information).

Use

E-ink display

  • Milesight CO2 sensor will update data on the screen every 2 minutes

  • Milesight CO2 sensor will do a full-screen refresh after 30 times update in order to remove ghosting.

  • When Milesight CO2 sensor detects the temperature beyond the range from 0°C to 40°C, the screen will
    close automatically.

Press the power button for longer than 10 seconds for the device to reset to factory settings.
