After reading this article, you’ll be able to:
Identify live data controls
Understand color coding available for locations
Select your location in the location tree on the left to open a floorplan.
The Live floorplan shows the last value that has been saved in the database for this location, with a maximum of 7 days.
This means that if a sensor (linked to a location) has send data less than 7 days ago, this value will be visible on the live floorplan. Even if the sensor is then set to disabled (for sensors that have been disabled, no values are recorded in the database anymore), or the sensor is removed from this location, the value will be visible on the Live floorplan.
Top right you can filter the live floor plan on different controls, depending on available space types, what sensor types are available for the selected floor, or what kind of zones have been configured.
Groups
Toggle between groups that have been set up for your tenant and that are relevant for the selected floor.

Below descriptions provide some more information on the different “View by” visualizations:
View by “Pulse”
Pulse count live floor plan view displays the number of times a door or window was opened for a particular location, in the current day.
The data comes from a door counter sensor, see Sensative Strip installation
The count is reset at midnight local time.
