Use the notification center
Know which actions will trigger a notification
The Notification Center allows you to receive in-app notifications, so that you can stay up-to-date and take action where needed.

Notification center allows you to
Filter on red/unread messages, or you can choose to see all notifications
Mark all as read
Per notification:
view details (will open the reservation detail screen)
mark as read
delete
Notification Types
Reservation created by a colleague
When colleagues make reservations for you, you’ll get notified.
Reservation shared by a colleague
When colleagues make a reservation and share this with you, you’ll get notified.
If your colleague indicated in their GO - Profile Settings | Preferences that yes, other colleagues can find them, you’ll also see a “Book nearby” button.
When you select “Book nearby”, you’ll be guided to the same floor as the space booked by your colleague. Their reserved space will be highlighted. (for more information see GO - Find a Colleague | See all the reservations your colleague has made and locate them on the floor p... )
A colleague added you to a Reservation as a participant
If a colleague added you to a reservation as a participant, as described in GO - Confirm Location Reservation screen | Participants, you’ll receive a notification in Workplace.
Recurring Reservation
When you create a recurring reservation, you’ll first receive the notification that your recurring reservation has been submitted.
While Workplace is creating these reservations in the background, you can continue your work!
Once Workplace has tried to create all reservations, you’ll receive another notification, which will list if it was possible to book all occurrences, or for those that there was an issue. In case it was not possible to book an occurrence, Workplace will provide the option to
select another time slot
select another location
